During a camping trip with comedian Park Na Rae, TWICE’s Jihyo recently shared her candid views on relationships and life. The episode “Jihyo | TWICE’s Contract Renewal, New Song Tarot Card Readings, Jihyo’s Campsite” was released on Wednesday on Park Na Rae’s YouTube channel, Naraesik.

During their outdoor adventure, Park Na Rae praised Jihyo’s business sense. The K-pop star revealed her interest in participating in variety shows that involve part-time jobs, even mentioning the idea of opening a restaurant overseas.

Park Na Rae fully supported Jihyo’s ambition, especially noting her current role on the show Tenant, where she visits different guesthouses. When Park asked about the competitive nature of the guesthouse business, Jihyo shared an interesting tidbit: “I’ve been told that several couples who met at these guesthouses actually ended up getting married.”

The conversation soon turned to relationships when Park Na Rae jokingly asked how Jihyo would feel if her partner decided to stay at a guesthouse. Jihyo’s response was refreshingly blunt: “If someone’s going to cheat, they’ll do it no matter what. You might as well let them go.”

Surprised by Jihyo’s no-nonsense attitude, Park Na Rae asked, “So, if a guy makes a mistake, you wouldn’t give him a second chance?” Jihyo explained, “Wouldn’t I lose interest? If someone is inclined to cheat, they’ll do it no matter what. I’d rather end things quickly before getting too attached.”

Jihyo continued philosophically, saying, “Sure, I’d be hurt, but what can you do? Life is ultimately a solo journey anyway.”

In March, Jihyo made headlines when rumors surfaced about her dating former South Korean skeleton racer Yun Sung Bin. Her agency issued a standard response: “We cannot confirm details about her personal life.”
