Some online advice from a flight attendant suggests avoiding toilet paper in airplane restrooms.

Cierra Mistt, a social media-savvy flight attendant known for sharing insights into her work, has sparked a discussion with a surprising tip about airplane restrooms.

Cierra Mistt has gained a lot of attention for her videos that help people understand the life of a flight attendant, and one of them about the secret of airplane toilet paper has become a hot topic.

She said, “The toilet paper provided in airplane restrooms should not be used due to its quality,” and “it’s best to bring your toilet paper if possible.”

She also advised, “If you can’t prepare your own, use the toilet paper installed on top instead of the one under the sink.”

Cierra Mistt also revealed the reason behind this advice.

She explained, “There are often vibrations on the plane,” and “bathroom bacteria can splatter around. Using the toilet paper installed higher can be more hygienic.”

She also advised all passengers to wear shoes when using the restroom.

After seeing many passengers walking barefoot, Cierra Mistt added, “Airplane restrooms are rarely cleaned,” and “unless there’s a problem, trash is only collected after each flight.”

She emphasized, “Since airplane restrooms are hardly ever thoroughly cleaned, wear shoes when using the restroom.”
