[TV Report=Kang Seong-hoon Reporter] Pop star Taylor Swift is going above and beyond to support the family of a deceased fan, the late Ana Clara Benevides.

According to the Brazilian newspaper ‘Folha de S.paulo’ on the 27th (local time), the Benevides family attended the last night of Taylor Swift’s concert tour in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Taylor Swift met with the family before the concert started and took photos with them. The family was wearing T-shirts with Benevides’ face on them.

Videos shared on social media show the family watching the concert from a VIP tent at the venue, a clear indication of the consideration shown by Swift and her team.

On the 17th, Benevides, a college student, collapsed and lost consciousness at Taylor Swift’s Estadio Olimpico Nilton Santos concert. She was taken to the hospital but unfortunately passed away. The exact cause of her death has not been revealed.

At the time, the area around the concert venue was experiencing a heatwave, with temperatures nearing 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It was reported that bringing water bottles into the venue was prohibited. Taylor Swift paused the concert when she noticed the audience struggling with the heat and asked her staff to distribute water.

Upon learning about the incident, Taylor Swift expressed her sorrow on her social media, stating that her “heart is in pieces”. She later announced that she would postpone the concert due to the heatwave.

Taylor Swift emphasized that she always prioritizes the safety of her fans, colleagues, and production team. It was reported that she has personally reached out to the bereaved family.
