A biographical film about the pop singer Michael Jackson who passed away in 2009 is set to be released.

On the 11th, the American foreign press ‘Deadline’ reported, “A film depicting Michael Jackson’s life will be released on April 28, 2025”.

According to the report, there have been documentaries about Michael Jackson’s life, but this is the first time a movie has been made.

The film will depict how Michael Jackson tasted victory and tragedy to become the ‘King of Pop’ and will portray his human side and genius.

Of course, the film will also cover some of the controversies surrounding Michael Jackson, not just his achievements.

Michael Jackson’s family announced that it will be a movie that deeply depicts the ‘King of Pop’, Michael Jackson.

The producer of the film is Graham King who produced ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, and the actor who played Michael Jackson is none other than his nephew, singer Jafar Jackson.

Along with the casting announcement, he wrote on Twitter, “It’s an honor to portray Uncle Michael in a movie”.

Michael Jackson, during a time when the proportion of black singers in the American pop market was not high, and racial discrimination was a worldwide issue, eased racial discrimination through music and was evaluated as a pioneer of cultural art.

His total album sales rank third, following The Beatles and Elvis Presley, and his single album sales rank overwhelmingly first. Michael Jackson also received about 800 awards during his lifetime and posthumously.
