Adult Actor Shimiken’s Road Rage: Clash with Cell Phone Zombie Ends in Pricey Scratch

TV Report Views

Ken Shimizu (aka Shimiken) was involved in a traffic accident due to a pedestrian engrossed in their cell phone.

On social media on April 10th, Shimiken expressed his frustration about a pedestrian incident. “Seriously? Stop texting and walking!” he wrote in an exasperated post. “They ran right into me, and my barely-driven SL43 is scratched up already. Not even 300 kilometers (186 miles) on it in a year, and now this!” He included a photo showing a long scratch marring the sleek body of his Mercedes-AMG SL43, a car with a price tag of around $111,050.

Shimiken expressed relief that nobody got hurt, saying, “Thank goodness I didn’t hit anyone!” However, his frustration simmered as he added, “The other person didn’t even apologize before walking away!”

In a calmer post following his initial rant, Shimiken offered a philosophical perspective. “Maybe it’s best not to get too attached to material possessions,” he wrote. “If losing a car, getting it stolen, or even scratched up ruins your day, then perhaps it’s not for you. That’s why I try to live a more minimalist lifestyle. In this situation, no one was hurt, which truly matters. I guess you could say I learned to laugh things off.”

However, after visiting the car maintenance center, Shimiken showed regret, saying, “I’ve driven it 300km (approximately 186 miles) in a year, and it’s depreciated by about 10 million KRW (approximately $8,500). I wonder why I made a non-resale agreement for a year.” He later wrote, “I’m looking for a used car dealer who can buy it at a better price,” and “Promotion through a YouTube project is also possible.”

Shimiken is a Japanese adult actor who is also well-known in Korea. He appeared on “Turkids on the Block” in 2022, where Lee Yong Jin was active as an MC, and last year, he conducted content with Hong Seok Cheon at Dingo Studio. Shimiken also operates a video channel targeting Korean fans and has gathered 740,000 subscribers.
