Thai actor Gunsmile (Chanagun Arpornsutinan) has publicly exposed the misdeeds of a famous entertainment star.

A social media post on April 17 alleged unprofessional conduct by a famous male celebrity. The post claimed the celebrity, who has a large following, leads a chaotic personal life and behaves inappropriately with women. It further alleged the celebrity had made disrespectful remarks about women in private conversations.

Gunsmile even added that the man had a relationship with a girlfriend with whom Gunsmile had recently broken up. He emphasized that he would not let this issue rest until he received an apology, offering the actor a chance to apologize.

The post quickly became a hot topic. Fans speculated that the actor Gunsmile referred to was August (Vachiravit Paisarnkulwong).

Later that day, as fans had predicted, August posted his statement on his social media account. He explained, “The incident happened 3-4 years ago. I regretfully did not think carefully and hurt a friend’s feelings. I wanted to apologize to Gunsmile after the incident but couldn’t because he blocked my contact.”

August apologized to the woman mentioned by Gunsmile, company officials, and fans, emphasizing, “I will be careful with my words and actions in the future to prevent similar incidents from happening again.”

Meanwhile, Gunsmile has built his filmography by appearing in many popular BL dramas such as Love Sick, SOTUS, and 2gether. However, he gradually disappeared from the entertainment scene after leaving his agency in 2022.

Gunsmile and August have previously worked together in the film Lovesick: The Series.
