Event Builds Momentum for Deeper International Supply Chain Cooperation

BEIJING, July 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The third China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) concluded its five-day run in Beijing. This year’s event, themed Connecting the World for a Shared Future, showcased China’s persistent efforts to broaden access and strengthen global industrial and supply chain partnerships.

Since its inception, CISCE has progressively expanded its global influence and engagement among stakeholders. The expo attracted 651 companies from China along with 74 from other nations and regions, with international exhibitors accounting for a record 35% of the total participants. U.S. companies led the international representation, evidencing a 15% increase compared to the previous year. Over 65% of the exhibitors were Fortune Global 500 companies or industry leaders, including tech giants such as Apple, Tesla, and NVIDIA. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang’s three-day presence underscored the event’s significance, with Huang lauding the Chinese supply chain as “miraculous.”

This year’s CISCE introduced 152 new products, technologies, and services—a 67% surge from last year. Fifty-five of these items made their global debut during the expo’s unveiling event. Exhibitors had the opportunity to network with more than 42,000 businesses across the supply chain, culminating in over 6,000 preliminary agreements and partnerships.

Looking ahead, the Alliance of Chinese and Foreign Exhibitors will team up with the China Chamber of International Commerce and its industry committees. Their objective is to offer sustained support to companies worldwide and to cultivate a year-round engagement model centered on CISCE programming.

In a bold step toward sustainability, CISCE introduced a Zero-Carbon Expo model. The entire venue was powered by 100% renewable energy, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by over 1,100 tons. This initiative positions CISCE as a leader in environmentally responsible, carbon-neutral, and plastic-free industry events. Both Chinese and international participants showcased Sustainable Lighthouse Factory projects, providing practical, CISCE-driven solutions to enhance sustainability across global supply chains.

CISCE’s growing influence in the global supply chain arena was further highlighted by 102 companies and organizations committing to participate in next year’s expo on the final day—a 50% increase in on-site registrations compared to last year.

The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) reaffirmed its dedication to ensuring that CISCE remains a reliable, effective, and transparent platform for global business and supply chain collaboration.
