The man, who works as an engineer in Malaysia, confessed to a sexual preference.

He secretly wore diapers without his wife and children knowing, and he claims that his family has not noticed this fact at all.

The man confessed that his obsession with wearing diapers began when he was 13 years old.

Wanting to feel like a child again, he became obsessed with diapers after trying one of his younger brothers to feel a sense of comfort.

His family did not know of his diaper habit even after being married for six years because he hid it well.

The man said he wears diapers when he goes out or to the gym.

“An adult’s obsession with diapers can occur when there’s an emotional imbalance, and they can’t regulate their emotions,” psychologist Dr. No Aisha stated.

“It mostly occurs in adult men, but that doesn’t mean they are medically ill or have mental issues,” She added.
