In a chilling TikTok revelation, an American woman claims to have unearthed a nightmare while indulging in a Big Mac at a McDonald’s in the U.S. According to the Daily Mail, she shared her gruesome discovery online, leaving viewers horrified.

“I felt intense stomach pain after eating the Big Mac,” she explained. “When I opened the burger bun, I found small white worms inside.”

Her video showed several maggots squirming on the beef patty, and she continued, “As soon as I got home, I felt awful. At first, I saw about ten worms crawling all over the hamburger.”

“After eating the burger, I ran to the bathroom every 15 minutes and lost about 6.6 pounds. I didn’t realize McDonald’s food could help with weight loss,” she continued.

Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. Just last year, another diner vowed never to return to McDonald’s after spotting what looked like a bug in her hash browns.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 48 million people in the U.S. suffer from food poisoning each year, with about 3,000 experiencing severe symptoms.
