Cristiano Ronaldo whisks his family away for a luxurious getaway on a secluded Saudi Arabian island.

Page Six reported on March 18 that Ronaldo’s family is enjoying their vacation at a resort, according to his updates on Instagram.

Ronaldo shared photos on his Instagram of himself walking along the beach with his children and resting in front of a private pool that looks over the sea.

“Recharging,” wrote Cristiano Ronaldo alongside a photo of himself soaking up the sun on the beach.

Other photos showed luxurious features like plush outdoor seating and a spacious suite.

Ronaldo’s luxurious vacation comes with a hefty price tag. The Marriott website reveals the resort he’s staying at charges between $1,066 and $7,172 per night, leaving many surprised.

A global soccer icon, Cristiano Ronaldo continues to defy expectations at 39. Currently playing for Al Nassr FC, he’s renowned for his exceptional skills and holds many of soccer’s most prestigious records.

Ronaldo also has various nicknames. When he didn’t play in the K-League vs. Juventus FC match on July 26, 2019, the nickname “Nalgangdo,” a combination of Ronaldo and the word for robber, was created.
