The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the terms and conditions, rights and obligations, and other necessary matters between the company (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and the customers (hereinafter referred to as “members”) who use all services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).
The Services are provided to members upon their acceptance of the provisions set forth in this agreement, and by registering a comment, the member is deemed to have agreed to this agreement.
This agreement takes effect through online posting.
The Company reserves the right to amend this agreement at its discretion if there are unavoidable reasons for change, and the amended agreement becomes effective through online notice.
If a member does not agree to the amended agreement, they may request the deletion of their comment. However, if there is no separate request from the member after the effective date of the amended agreement, it will be deemed that the member has agreed to the changes in the agreement.
For matters not specified in this agreement, relevant domestic laws and regulations shall apply.
The service contract is established when the Company approves the member’s comment.
The Company may delete a comment if its content is false or violates the prescribed provisions.
A member may request the deletion of their comment from the Company at any time.
Upon receiving a member’s request for comment deletion, the Company will promptly delete the requested comment and delete personal information except as specified in relevant laws and the privacy policy.
If a member violates the obligations specified in Article 9, the Company may terminate, restrict, or suspend the service contract without prior notice.
The Company provides the following services:
– News service
– Video service
– Comment service
The Company may add, modify, or delete the contents of the services as necessary.
The Company shall make its best efforts to ensure the continuous and stable provision of the services.
However, in the event of regular inspections, natural disasters, emergencies, or other unavoidable reasons, the Company may temporarily suspend the services.
The Company cannot disclose or distribute the member’s information collected in connection with the services to any third party without the member’s prior consent, except when required by relevant laws and regulations.
The Company will announce other matters related to personal information, including the Personal Information Protection Officer, in a separate “Privacy Policy.”
The member is responsible for the name and content of the comment posted.
The member must comply with this agreement, relevant laws and regulations, and must not engage in any activities that hinder the Company’s business.
The member cannot engage in any profit-making activities using the services without the Company’s prior approval.
The copyright for all services provided by the Company belongs to the Company, content providers who supply content to the Company, and advertisers. All these works are protected by copyright laws and other relevant laws, and they cannot be replicated, published, transmitted, distributed, broadcasted, or used by any third party without the prior consent of the Company, content providers, or advertisers. Copyright infringement of these works shall be subject to the application of relevant laws.
The Company is not responsible for the content posted by members in the comments within the services.
The Company will announce other matters related to copyright in a separate “Copyright Policy.”
This agreement is prepared based on the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Fair Trade Commission.
