The introduction video showcased the older woman’s impressive physique, leaving the show’s hosts, Ki Hwa and Jeon Hyun Moo, visibly impressed. This set the stage for a surprising pull-up challenge between her and Joseph, a competitor in his 30s.
The competition kicked off, and the elderly woman immediately impressed the crowd with her flawless pull-up form, drawing gasps of awe.
